Jeff Adkins is an award-winning science teacher from Antioch, California. Jeff has won numerous awards for his science teaching, including the Amgen Award for Science Teaching Excellence, the Computer Using Educators of California Teacher of the Year, the Antioch Unified School District Teacher of the year, and many others.
In his “other life” he performed in many plays including Taming of the Shrew, Antigone, Wilderness Road, Plaza Suite, The Sunshine Boys, The Lion in Winter, and others.
He is the author of The Boy Who Skipped as well as an astronomy workbook called Conceptual Astronomy I. In addition he wrote the first musical comedy performed at Berea College, Kentucky, called The Original Musical Adventures of Cosmo and Astro. He is currently the one you blame for the webcomic Cosmo and Astro Get Schooled.
He currently lives with his two sons Benjamin and Jonathan.
